Tables for dining are found in the Flurry Marketplace in Room A/B/C, and in the food vendor area near Davis Hall (Meeting Room 1).
On-Site Dining
HILTON 534 BISTRO
The “534 Bistro” restaurant is located off the hotel’s lower lobby, and serves American cuisine inspired by the Saratoga region.
Continental Breakfast Buffet: 7 am-11 am Saturday and Sunday
Lunch: 11:00 am-2 pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Turkey Sandwich, Ham Sandwich, or Grilled Cheese (served with either chips or side of soup)
Dinner: 4:30pm -10 pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Stir Fry or Coconut Curry (buildable with options of vegetable, rice, sauce, chicken or shrimp)
For quick, convenient service, the above options will be served at a chef-attended station and can be either boxed to go or plated. A small section of the restaurant will also be reserved for full-service dining off the regular menu, which may have considerably longer wait times.

9 Miles East will once again feature a fresh assortment of healthy, high-energy soups, salads, entrees, sandwiches, grain bowls, and snacks made from scratch with high–quality local and organic ingredients.
Drinks include coffee, tea, water, kombucha, and more.
